The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, called confusion the doctrine of mixed security in Britain. She stated this on Wednesday, 16 May, during a briefing in Kerch.
According to the Russian side, the doctrine is aimed at strengthening the integrated approach to national security. It’s about translating the life of the Kingdom «under the umbrella of national security», which will be justified trade relations by the fight against terrorism. This increases the risk of making rash decisions and, as a result, aggravation of interstate relations. A vivid example is the Skripal case.
«Proceeding from the bouquet of propaganda that was directed against Russia, one can safely say that the doctrine is not fusion, but confusion (confusion),» Zakharova explained.
It is noted that London doses information about the investigation. This, according to her, is evidenced by the article «The Times», where it is reported that Sergeant Bailey was infected, but not at the scene of the tragedy, but at the inspection of the house. According to Zakharova, the facts in the Skripal case contradict each other. This is done to keep the topic afloat. Moreover, she said, referring to a British official dealing with national security issues, that the individuals who had poisoned the Skripals were still not identified. This, she said, suggests that London is working on guesses, building charges against Russia.
let’s remind, on 4 March in Salisbury ex-colonel GRU Sergey Skripal and his daughter Julia were poisoned. It is assumed that the nerve agent «Novichok» was used. Its development is attributed to Russia.
