Accusations of Russia’s involvement in the «Boeing» crash over the zone of the military conflict in Ukraine are unsubstantiated and unreasonable, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated during a telephone conversation with the Dutch Foreign Minister Steve Bloch.
According to him, the joint investigation team ignored the information provided by Russia and formed accusations before the completion of work in Russia over the requests of the prosecutor’s office of the Netherlands.
«They have little doubt that the Buk missile system arrived from the Russian Federation. I asked him for facts that prove these statements. He did not give me any facts, saying that they want the Russian Federation to help them establish them on the basis of unsubstantiated suspicions,» the head of the diplomatic mission said.
Lavrov added that the investigation is clearly biased and resembles what is happening around the Skripal case.
