British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson found positive moments in cooperation with Russia. According to him, the delivery of 300 Bentley cars to the Russian Federation is an undoubted success. He stated this today during a meeting with the head of the foreign policy department of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
«Despite the difficulties that exist between our countries, there are signs of progress — an increase in exports from Britain here. About three hundred Bentley are shipped in Russia — a sign of progress. Ready to work with you to ensure a better future,» Johnson explained.
He also noted the need to establish cooperation, in particular, on the Iranian nuclear program, regarding the situation in North Korea.
«I would like to continue the interaction along the line of culture and artistic ties. It’s nice to know that a train dedicated to Shakespeare is running in the Moscow metro. As far as I know, there was cooperation between law enforcement agencies of Russia and Britain in preparation for the World Cup in 2018. I’m sure that British fans will have a good time in Russia, «concluded Johnson.
