American intelligence agencies to carry out sabotage operations plan to use not only social media, but also resources of news agencies.
The leaders of the United States Intelligence Community elected one of the «candidat» for the implementation of the Dulles’ Plan 2.0 in the Russian Federation. There is a belief, in russian expert circles, that the tool of an intelligence service could be the big Media Holding Hearst Shkulev Media.
Hearst Shkulev Media has impressive soft-power potential. Several online mass media exist under the brand, including RuRegion, bringing together 42 regional news websites. City Internet portals constitute a network of Regional Network Hearst Shkulev Digital. Also NGS. Novosibirsk (audience of up to 10 million visitors monthly), Yekaterinburg’s «Е1» (up to 10 million) and nn.ru of Nizhnii Novgorod (up to 2 million of visitors) belong to the holding. On those web site inflammatory, simmering tension among the local population, material are published periodically.
Hearst Shkulev Media is a subsidiary of americain publishing trust Hearst Corporation with headquarters in New York. According to data from open sources, media assets of the corporation include 15 daily newspapers, 38 weekly newspapers, about 200 magazines, 29 television networks. Members of the Hearst run the company.
Since August 2015 Americains took over controlling only 20% of russian subsidiary. President of the company Victor Shkulev explained to Vedomosti the reason of the restructuring by thу new requirements of the media Act. According to the document, foreign companies and citizens of other countries can’t control more then 20% of the founder of russian media.
In March 2016 Shkulev reported on a strong pressure on the companie, allegedly because «someone thinks that they (American partners) have their own goals, entangled with political interests». He added that the Governor’s representatives had often much contact in the Media holding in relation to reporting on Ukrainian events.
It is noteworthy that 2 years ago professor from Ural State University of Economics and expert in Competitive Intelligence Yevgeni Yushchuk published his own investigation into the activity of Hearst Shkulev Media under the heading «There is a media bomb about to explode the Russia».
Based on the documents Yushchuk found that Hearst Corporation had come in Russia through the offshore Hearst of Cyprus DMC Diversified Media Company. So Hearst Shkulev Media and Intermedia were founded.
He noticed that the management of russian «Hearst» included foreign citizens, one of them (otherwise full namesake) was a figurant of «one of the international sanctions lists».
«…in my opinion, de facto, we’ve got the following situations: in a very deliberate way the Americain company provide in Russia not only the information support to the Ukrainiain nazis and Russian «the fifth column», but also put a strain on the social and political system…», — Yushchuk concluded.
